Guide Dogs Australia -Therapy Dogs and Autism assistance dogs -  The Therapy Dog Program is a community focused service which has been offered by Guide Dogs for over 30 years. A Therapy Dog may provide comfort, companionship and emotional support to individuals, families, and those attending or residing in facilities, whom experience behavioral, emotional, developmental and mental health conditions, physical disabilities, or isolation caused by age or illness.

Red Rocks Stud - Red Rocks stud offer therapy in 5 and 10 week blocks this is in conjunction with qualified psychologists and we offer a travelling service. They work with special needs children, youth justice and family services. Red Rocks stud have found this to be an effective model of therapy for engaging and retaining attendance from clients who struggle with traditional methods.

Riding for the disabled association NT-  Many different horse-related activites are available through Riding for the Disabled. Pegasus riding for the disabled - Pegasus Riding for the Disabled provide horse and farm activities for people with a disability in the Canberra region. As soon as  riders come through the gates, they are met with sights and smells that transport them to another world. A place where they can wheel or walk easily, a place where they can feel safe and secure; a place that is a home away from home.

Questacon -  The national science and technology center. They have resources available for visitors on the Autism spectrum. There is a quiet space, the Cloud Chamber, in the alcove between Galleries 2 and 3. There are also quiet spaces around the building - ask staff for your nearest quiet space. Earmuffs are available for free hire at the information desk.

The National Dinosaur museum - The museum contains several animatronic dinosaurs which will move and make sounds when the sensors are triggered as visitors walk past.
The museum appreciates that some visitors may be noise sensitive and offer a quiet mornings every Tuesday morning from 10am-12pm (excluding ACT/NSW school holidays) when the animatronics will be switched off to allow for a more peaceful viewing experience. Over the ACT/NSW school holiday periods they will not be able to offer this service.
